Accompanied by an English-speaking local chef, explore the historic lanes filled with colors, aromas, and traditional spice shops while learning how Indian spices are used in regional cuisines, everyday cooking, and traditional remedies.
During the walk, guests personally select fresh and high-quality spices before continuing to the KhudRang Kitchen Studio — a private and comfortable cooking space designed for immersive culinary experiences.
At the studio, enjoy a guided hands-on Indian cooking class where you will learn authentic cooking techniques, ingredients, and recipes that can easily be recreated at home. The session offers a deeper understanding of Indian food culture beyond simply tasting dishes.
